I contacted this business about a month ago when my AC/thermostat started having issues. I was so impressed at how quickly Joey was able to get out here to my house, fix the problem, and was super affordable! I will only be calling Trident from now on!! I am so happy to be completely done with those huge corporate businesses that take days to show up, never do the job right, and charge an arm and a leg.

I had an issue with my AC late in the evening. Joe called me and after speaking with him for 10 minutes he was able to tell me what he believed it was and how he was going to help me. Joe showed up to my house on Saturday, a holiday weekend, and explained to me everything he determined to be wrong with my system. Joe was straightforward with the problems and gave a straightforward solution with a very reasonable price.

I absolutely recommend Trident AC. On time. On budget. Quality workmanship. Professional. Attention to the details. I had Trident remove and replace critical HVAC components for my home. New systems work and look great. Also, systems passed all inspections with immediate “thumbs up” from building inspectors. Thanks Trident !!!

I was really surprised at how fast Trident A/C was! Really worked with us and our schedule. I’ve dealt with many companies for commerical properties and I think this was the fastest we’ve ever gotten a new unit installed. Prices were very good, too, and they offer Tranes which we prefer. Recommended!

My AC went out late afternoon today in July! My regular Ac company who installed the 2 year old unit was busy and said it would be at least a day. I called Trident! Great service and came out to my condo fast. Joey was able to quickly figure out the problem. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. And I was happy there was no charge for showing up. Very happy with this company.

Hard to find this level of service especially during a weekend emergency. A human answered the phone, Joey was at our condo within hours. He didn’t charge a service call, not even being an emergency on a weekend. He didn’t try to up-sell. He simply diagnosed the problem, gave a hard figure, affordable repair cost and did the repairs. Recommend without a doubt.
